The Canadian Landscape Portfolio second edition seeks landscapes which were altered by human activities, mostly by design. These landscapes can be simple or sophisticated, urban, rural or more natural. We are looking for what makes them noticeable, why those designed places or sites are perceived as special and remembered. Again, it is about taking some time to have a second look at the "designed landscapes" that surround us, all those spaces that participate at making our life more agreeable, more efficient, more beautiful. In the end, they are also part of our favourite landscapes…

Dreamed Landscapes Portfolio

The Portfolio third edition, the "Dreamed Landscapes", wishes to be a conclusion to the Initiative where a more diversified group of participants will be invited to record digitally "any kind of landscape" that could be seen as EXCEPTIONAL, a DREAMED LANDSCAPE.
This site, place or landscape could be natural and untouched or entirely artificial…
Still, the participants will have to describe why this site is so important to them.
